Return window
You have fourteen days from delivery to request an exchange. After that, the piece is yours.
Condition
The item must be unused, unscratched, and free of marks. Minor shipping marks are acceptable; signs of use are not.

We do not offer refunds. You may exchange for another piece of equal or lesser value, or for a custom piece with any price difference settled.

Custom work is final sale unless the piece arrives damaged or defective.

Send photos immediately. We replace or exchange at no cost to you, including return shipping.
